Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays
Monitor, repair, and change worn parts
Operate loader and other equipment as needed
General maintenance and welding for wear prevention of equipment

Available to work overtime; extended hours and weekend work as required for timely project completion
Working knowledge of aggregate production and associated equipment, and understanding of operations and safety requirements for the equipment
Ability to work under pressure
Must be flexible with work location; plants are portable
Ability to work in all weather conditions; work majority is outside at a mobile crushing facility
Ability to lift 95 lbs. infrequently, 50 lbs. frequently, and climb stairs/ladders up to 24’
4+ years of experience with open-pit sand and gravel operations
Ability to use various electric and air-powered hand, welding, and cutting tools as appropriate
Understanding of the type and quality of materials being recycled or treated
Familiar with MSHA regulations; MSHA annual refresher training
