Description

• Design, create, and maintain Monday.com boards, dashboards, and CRM pipelines.
• Work on meaningful, high-security projects with international clients and recognised standards.
• Build and optimise automations to streamline operational and CRM workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and support user adoption.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and best-practice usage across CRM and project processes.
• Work with team members to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com features, CRM functionality, automations, and integrations.
• Ability to analyse business and customer-related processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
