  • Collaborate with internal leadership to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in scheduling, logistics, and constructability specific to data centers.
  • Lead multiple mission-critical data center projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets ranging from $50M–$500M+.

The Project Executive will provide executive-level leadership and oversight for large-scale data center construction projects across the United States. This role is accountable for project success from pursuit through closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and company goals. The Project Executive will act as the primary client relationship manager, drive project delivery excellence, and mentor project management teams while safeguarding schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

  • Oversee project financial performance including contract negotiations, risk management, change orders, cost control, and reporting.
  • Partner with preconstruction and business development teams to pursue and win new data center projects.
  • Support workforce development by mentoring and training project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers.
  • Provide executive-level direction to project managers, superintendents, engineers, and field staff throughout all phases of construction.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, mission-critical/data center projects with Tier III or Tier IV infrastructure.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with contracts, risk, and client negotiations.
  • Ability to work at project sites fulltime and travel nationally for project oversight and client meetings.
  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
