The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ required or eligible) and brings at least 15 years of experience on major civil infrastructure projects, preferably with TMR/Main Roads work. Strong project leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and a generalist engineering mindset are essential, along with leadership aspirations to support complex program delivery.
