Marketing Coordinator

Description

Role Purpose: The coordinator will manage and optimize customer and prospect data across the lifecycle, ensuring CRM data accuracy, effective lead attribution, campaign support, digital automation, and system optimization to enhance the overall customer experience and support cross‑functional teams.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on service appointments and collect customer feedback.
• Respond to inbound customer enquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance.
• Coordinate with service teams to schedule appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address customer concerns, escalating issues where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including customer details, feedback, and service history.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in IT Development, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM operations, digital campaigns, or sales support.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, C@P).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards).
• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management and digital workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Digital Marketing certification (preferred).
• English (mandatory).
• Arabic (preferred).
• Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and customer journey tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to leading automotive brands and advanced CRM technologies.
