Experience of safety standards and CDM regulations and a track record of applying them, showing and ability to identify and mitigate hazards in designs.
Experience of using other CAD/BIM modelling products such as Bentley software/ Microstation Connect, Openbuildings etc, Autodesk
Knowledge of other Modelling platforms and tools related to Digital Engineering.
Proactive in leading, coaching and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience of using data management systems.
A high level of ability in a CAD/Modelling using the Bentley suite and system relevant to the team’s work and able to give comprehensive guidance to others.
Experience of working with contractors in a design and build environment.
Experience of construction principles and standards.
Experience within the rail sector covering a broad range of design challenges at different stages of design development.

Ability to travel to other offices when required
