This individual will support the FP&A Sr. Manager in preparing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve financial goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, focused on process improvement, possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, and has advanced Excel expertise.
- Business partnering by collaborating with legal entities and SG&A department heads across the Americas to provide financial guidance and support decision‑making with cost‑savings opportunities.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, analyzing operational performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
- Assist in delivering all internal and external reporting requirements, including monthly forecasts, month‑end actuals reporting, pacing updates P&Ls, budget & STRAP, trade working capital, and KPIs (e.g., DIO, DSO).
- Analyze data and provide executive‑level commentary for senior leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of reporting systems by validating source data and proposing reporting improvements.
- Use financial tools to investigate trends, analyze large data sets, and produce reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models to support business strategy and assess potential impact of business scenarios.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Ensure Kelvion’s Standard of Excellence, including quality, is incorporated into every product.

The FP&A Sr. Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager FP&A and plays a key role in financial modeling, business performance analysis, and reporting while ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and regional goals.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- MBA or advanced degree in finance or a related discipline (preferred).
- Possess 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Work effectively under strict deadlines and deliver results.
- Exhibit strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Demonstrate high motivation, intelligence, and an independent work mindset with detail orientation.
- Possess proven quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and Syteline (advantage).
- CPA certification (preferred).
