Design coordinator ensuring local support, execution quality, and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head/ Regional Head when not attended to by the vendor/client. -Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity. -Assist in the design process by providing local support including but not limited to knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research including data collection & benchmarking studies. -Act as an effective coordinator during the execution stage thus engendering high levels of client satisfaction. -Act as extension of the design team at the region by providing local information during the design development process. -Work closely with the local team as well as the central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries. -Coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues & build client confidence. -Have thorough understanding of the design intent and the GFC portfolio, ensure quality participation during the execution stage. -Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.

What You Bring

B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design / B.Tech (Civil). -Candidates having wide experience as a Design Coordinator with an expertise in executing Interior/ Architecture Projects. -Prior Site execution experience preferred. -Revit skills are preferred.
