Handle and resolve unexpected challenges with a resourceful, problem solving mindset and the highest level of professionalism
Assist in keeping all parts of the project organized and running according to plan
Build positive relationships with our clients/owners, design professionals, vendors and subcontractors through collaboration and proactive communication
Learn all aspects of project cost management including the Estimating Turnover Package, BIM coordination efforts, LEED/environmental documentation, project punch list, warranty issues, and final project closeout documentation
Leverage technology systems to provide a unique client experience; increasing client knowledge, improving communication, and increasing efficiencies
Work under the supervision of our project manager to help with every aspect of the project, including providing information to project stakeholders, submittal management, RFI management, documentation of meetings, permit management, and scheduling
