- Passed Fundamentals of Engineering examination preferred
- Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Coursework in heat transfer and thermodynamics, fluid dynamics or HVAC design

- Membership in ASHRAE, USGBC, ASME, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Building Sciences related degree

- Advanced computational modeling (e.g., CFD) preferred
- The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment

- Whether you’ve just graduated or are graduating before the role starts, we want to hear from you if your degree is in a relevant field.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role.
- Recent and soontobe graduates:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Building Sciences related degree preferred
- Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible way
- Coursework in Energy/thermal modeling experience, Revit or 3D modeling experience and/or sustainability preferred
- Proven leadership experience and time management skills
- Computer programming languages (e.g., Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper) preferred

Los Angeles Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles, CA is $74,000 to $81,500 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Los Angeles, CA will differ.
