Ensure the following(i) prevention of disintegration of the rock mass; (ii) ascertaining that the additional stresses developing during excavation are received by the rock mass; (iii) monitoring of the behavior of the rock-tunnel system in order to observe the stabilization process
Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions.
Ensuring a competent regime for inspection and testing process at projects.
Liaising with customers on functional matters and ensuring high degree of customer satisfaction.

Experience in managing team of 1-2 employees, planning and execution of NATM works.
