- Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field (or applicable work experience).
- Company expert to design, develop, and maintain custom Esri Experience Builder Dev Edition applications, widgets, and web tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and desire to problem solve.
- GIS platform proficiency (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Tableau, Sigma)
- History of creative solutions to business problems of high complexity.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Arcade.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide support to multiple projects through each sprint.
- Demonstratable experience with Esri Experience Builder Developer Edition, Git, Esri ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (v4.x), and familiarity with Calcite components.
- Ability to cause and embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GIS development.
