Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas or are able and willing to obtain Texas PE License within six months of starting date
NEPA Studies, Outreach and Visualization
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and decision-making skills
TxDOT experience (as a TxDOT employee or consultant) is desirable
MicroStation CADD and OpenRoads experience required
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
Experience managing roadway design projects and plan production
Primavera (P6) Experience is desirable
Extensive knowledge in planning, designing and managing transportation projects to move people and goods safely and reliably.
At least 15 years of experience in TxDOT roadway / transportation project delivery
Ability to lead a project, technical staff, and manage project schedules and budgets
