The Production Manager role in Gurgaon, India, is a full‑time position responsible for leading the RTPF (Return Tube Plate Fin) heat‑exchanger manufacturing shop, ensuring safe operations, high‑quality output, on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production of RTPF heat exchangers according to demand.
Achieve production targets while optimizing manpower, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with PPC, supply chain, and maintenance to prevent bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs, and control plans.
Maintain compliance with product quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications.
Enforce EHS standards and promote a zero‑accident culture.
Drive performance through goal setting, reviews, skill development, and training.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
