  • Develop and evolve MVP program concepts, features and philosophies to further develop the business base for PPG. Work with the customer base using the MVP program to develop their business skills and efficiency to elevate them to achieving highly productive status.
  • Support Sales structure in winning competitive accounts in particular MSO’s and consolidators as required.
  • Conduct meetings, seminars and presentations for various levels of PPG as well as non-PPG customers placing emphasis on business organization, profit potential and operational efficiency.
  • Serve in the training function with PPG field personnel and the distributor base to develop their knowledge, skills and use of the MVP program.
  • Develop, organize and facilitate MVP Roundtable discussion groups to extend the benefits and services of the MVP program and promote greater customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse key customer financial data and develop recommendations for improvement.

  • Strong understanding of business financials and accounting methods.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Insurance Industry claims process, direct repair programs and the claims supplement process.
  • Superior knowledge of collision repair centre management with emphasis on estimating, job costing and a complete understanding of labor productivity and the relationship to overall shop profitability is a non- negotiable requirement.
  • Sound planning and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of PPG products and application systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong customer focus, excellence in presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable in speaking and presenting to large groups of industry owners and professionals.
