Description

The Associate Managing Consultant will plan, manage, and execute the technical components of air‑quality and multimedia projects, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory standards and ALL4’s quality criteria. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, delegating tasks to junior staff, and providing feedback on product quality and timeliness. The position also serves as the primary technical liaison among staff, project managers, and senior leadership, while handling proposal writing, cost estimating, and client interactions.

• Lead technical execution of air quality and multimedia projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate project schedules, progress, and communication with clients and internal teams.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff and mentor technical personnel.
• Review deliverables for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage project administration including proposals, cost estimates, and client visits.
• Meet billable hour, utilization, and revenue targets ($100K first year, up to $400K thereafter).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach.

Requirements

Performance expectations include meeting billable hour and utilization goals, achieving an annual managed revenue of $100 K in the first year and progressing toward $400 K in subsequent years, and maintaining strong client engagement through regular outreach. The role requires an engineering or environmental science degree and 3–6 years of relevant regulatory or consulting experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to mentor teams and adapt to changing priorities, are essential.
