Proven success in leading strategic planning and delivering measurable program impact.
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci’s ADKAR).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in regulatory or senior leadership presentations is a plus.
