

Maintain site records, complete daily reports, and manage materials and plant requirements.
Oversee day-to-day Site Operations, Supervising Civil Crews and Subcontractors.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings in line with company HSEQ procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on supervisor to Lead Site Crews, Coordinate Works, and ensure safe and efficient delivery across high-profile projects.
Ensure works are delivered safely on time, and in line with Project Specifications and Quality Standards.
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
Ability to read Site Drawings and Coordinate with Engineering Teams.
Proven ability to Lead Teams and manage Site Activities independently.
Must have full drivers’ licence and be able to commute to Dublin daily.
Drivers License essential.
2+ Years' experience in a Civils role within Utilities or Infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Excavation, Ducting, Reinstatement, and General Civils Works.
