We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Chinese Team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, have proven leadership experience in real estate sales, and be able to drive team performance while meeting ambitious sales targets.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • RERA certification preferred or willing to obtain
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
