Description

The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on a variety of telecom projects, overseeing both aerial and underground work. You will develop your team’s technical skills, lead by example to foster a company‑wide safety culture, and drive crews to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. The role also involves high‑level customer interaction and directing multiple crews on job sites.

Requirements

Experience leading construction crews in telecom—including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading—is essential, as is the ability to coach and mentor team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, adaptability to custom software, and relevant military MOS codes further strengthen your fit.
