Electrical Fitter

We’re seeking a hands-on Electrical Fitter to support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrical wiring and components within our energy storage systems. This role is key to ensuring production efficiency, safety, and quality, and may also involve mechanical tasks and occasional field service support.

• Perform electrical tasks safely and in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and report safety hazards.
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Assemble, install, and test electrical wiring, control panels, and system components.
• Support mechanical assembly tasks as needed.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work on innovative projects with real-world impact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during build and testing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Assist with field installations and commissioning when required.

• Proven experience in electrical fitting or similar hands-on electrical role.
• Flexible and willing to assist with mechanical and field tasks.
• Familiarity with electrical components, wiring, and control panels.
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Organised and able to manage time effectively.
• Safety-conscious and proactive in identifying risks.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in electrical assembly and documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field service work.
