- Contribute to project tasks within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Assist with minor components of larger projects under supervision

- Support documentation preparation in line with technical, HSEQ, and quality standards

- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

The role is for a motivated Undergraduate Civil Engineer to join the Roads & Highways team in Brisbane. It offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to gain hands‑on experience on transport infrastructure projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. The successful candidate will support delivery of roads and highways projects by applying fundamental engineering and project‑management principles, contributing to technical tasks, collaborating with project teams, and developing professional and commercial skills in a supportive environment.
Applicants should currently be studying a degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong interest in roads and highways infrastructure. Candidates must be well‑organised, possess good time‑management skills, and be eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a commitment to quality, safety, and professional standards, are also required.
