Interact with relevant authorities, including relating to aviation, regulatory, tourism, permitting offices, etc. as required and appropriate, in concert with the Project Director
Ensure deliverables are met based on schedules

Collaborates with the Project Finance team, led by the SVP, Aecon Concessions

Ability to communicate to get desired results
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aviation Management, finance, business and/or related fields
Experience with Airport Transactions such as PPPs and/or M&A, including due diligence and evaluation across all streams is a must.
Completed one or more construction project or has been involved in several airport M&A transactions
8+ years of experience in airport development, PPP transactions, Airports M&A with a strong track record in managing complex transactions.
Commercial acumen: must understand how projects are structured and overall airport project economics work
Experience effectively managing teams
Understands policies and regulations in USVI
Demonstrated knowledge of airport operations, planning, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICAO, IATA, FAA, Other) and airport technical systems, terminal design, and airside/landside aspects is highly desirable.
Demonstrated organizational skills, efficiency
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for international projects, including extended site stays as required.
