Approve and oversee all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities and ensure full compliance with reviewed and approved LOTO plans.
Schedule and conduct pre-energization meetings at least 5 days in advance (or immediately for unplanned needs) to review critical steps and safety concerns.
Serve as the single point of contact for all equipment energizations within the Construction Zone.

Verify correct position of switches, breakers, transfer switches, grounding equipment, test switches, and terminal blocks in accordance with the energization plan.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, occupational safety, construction management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with electrical systems in construction, commissioning, or energy-related environments.
Must possess or be able to obtain current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends and night shifts as needed.
