- Work on mission-critical projects - health, hospitals, data centres, life sciences & laboratories, in addition to towers and apartment builds

- Clear written and verbal communication - you can walk into a room and hold your own
- Local Melbourne market knowledge (Sponsorship can be considered if you’re otherwise the right fit)
- Exposure to complex or technically challenging builds such as hospitals, pharmaceutical, data centres or R&D facilities
- Strong people skills and emotional intelligence (EQ) - you’re confident dealing with diverse stakeholders
- A track record of contributing to successful projects from start to finish
- Experience delivering commercial building projects with a head contractor (not civil or infrastructure)
- Sports and recreation facilities
- Medical & health (including hospitals)
- Exposure to both private and public sector clients with repeat business and long-term relationships - projects range from $5M - $200M+
