Maintaining an overview of the financial performance for projects within your cost centre.
Line manage and develop members of the team to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Lead on business development activities to bring in new, sustainable opportunities for WSP.
Lead, inspire and motivate the team to support the achievement of personal and business goals.
Drive operational excellence to achieve budget targets on utilisation.
Manage and monitor technical delivery to ensure ‘right first time’.
Supporting and working with the Regional Director, London & South East and their goals for the cost centre.

Experience of operating at leadership level in delivering services into the public and private sector.
Chartered Member of appropriate Institution.
Experience of managing a Professional Services team, relevant to a Roads discipline.
Clear understanding of the importance of robust business processes and systems and a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to work openly and collaboratively to maximise overall organisational benefit.
Strong commercial acumen.
Technical expertise to manage and lead multi-disciplinary projects.
Ability to pivot to face Clients as part of managing a wider portfolio.
Organisational skills to coordinate the delivery activities of a professional team.
Strong communication skills, with excellent stakeholder management.
Strong influencing skills particularly amongst peers and other managers and leaders.
