Building Composites is seeking reliable 2nd Shift Production Technicians for its composite manufacturing team in Moraine, Ohio. The role demands hands‑on work, adaptability, multitasking, and strong attention to detail, with welding (MIG) and blueprint reading considered a plus.
Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be able to read work instructions and drawings, physically lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods, demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. A high‑school diploma or equivalent is desired, and prior similar experience is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment; composite experience a plus.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
