- Rencontrer et proposer des solutions aux différents clients, compléter les soumissions et faire le suivi de l'exécution des travaux;
- Prendre en charge la conception de plans et devis des projets en structure (conception/mise en plan de structures de bois, béton et acier)
- Superviser et diriger des dessinateurs et techniciens affectés aux projets
- Réaliser des études, des expertises et des relevés de projets en structure
- Coordination des espaces et des besoins avec le client et l’architecte

- Autonomie dans la gestion de projets

- Sens de l'initiative élevée
- Expérience en gestion de projet incluant le suivi des honoraires (atout)
- Maîtrise des logiciels de modélisation (i.e. SAP2000, SAFE, ETABS) (atout);
- Expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe de techniciens et dessinateurs (atout)
- Salaire selon l’expérience
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie de structure
- Surveillance de chantier et gestion de projet
- Connaissance des logiciels de simulation ainsi que de l'environnement MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe
- Maîtrise des logiciels Revit et d’AutoCAD
- Dynamisme, impliqué et orienté service à la clientèle
- Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (atout)
