7-10 years' of proven experience in contract management, within the construction industry for large scale Projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Use of Contract Administration Management System such as Unifier, Dalux, ASite, CEMAR, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in similar field is preferred.
Strong technical background in the field of MEP and/or SESA.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft technical letters and reports.
Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration.
Proficiency in data analysis and cost substantiation techniques.
