This role manages Planned Service Agreement (PSA) execution for IR-Service in the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia), ensuring service visits are completed on time, minimizing missed visits, and recovering them within the contract period. It also reviews the existing scope of work and service intervals to improve reliability, performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The position maintains strong customer relationships by delivering preventive maintenance as agreed, gathering feedback for improvement, monitoring costing and billing, and reporting missed visits, unbilled revenue, and cost overruns.
Responsibilities include arranging PSA service visits with customers, coordinating spare parts, consumables, tools, and subcontractors, updating progress with local teams, scheduling engineers, briefing FLSPs, and ensuring purchase orders for major parts are ready on site.
The role conducts regular performance meetings with customers to review feedback, seek scope expansion, and enhance system reliability; it develops checklists and logs, prepares method statements, risk assessments, permits, and handles access applications.
It follows up on engineer recommendations, visit closures, and documentation for invoicing, ensures timely and safe high‑quality maintenance, reschedules missed visits, analyses root causes of missed visits, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders while complying with JC Singapore policies.
Additional duties involve responding to urgent callouts, fostering customer relationships for profitability and payment collection, maintaining team morale, promoting JC culture, verifying supplier payments, determining staffing needs, creating training plans, providing technical support, and ensuring timely submission of reports, expense claims, and timesheets.

The candidate should have an engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent, relevant HVAC/refrigeration experience, project coordination/management background, strong communication and analytical skills, a broad engineering base, and be a proactive team player.
