Oversee the health, safety, and environmental risk management of large renewable energy projects, particularly in solar and wind energy.
Foster a strong safety culture within the organization through leadership, communication, and training.
Ensure full compliance with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001, Australia WHS Act, Regulations, and Codes of Practice, as well as IFC Performance Standards.
Lead the development and implementation of HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on health, safety, and environmental issues.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all HSE risks are mitigated effectively and efficiently.
