Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the company
Partner with accounting organization to review and prepare monthly financial statements, including revenue reconciliation
Manage and prepare commissions calculations for eligible functions
Support the leadership and executive team with data-driven analysis
Participate in other strategic projects to drive financial performance
Drive improvements in data quality and reporting across the organization
Frontline responsibility for the companywide SIOP process managing sales data from lead to bookings
Prepare weekly sales pipeline and bookings reports tracking critical KPIs for performance management
Prepare/Review financial KPIs with all functions on a monthly basis to analyze variances, ensure consistency in reporting, and drive holistic financial performance

Salesforce.com and Epicor ERP experience preferred

Advanced Excel competency
Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive/leadership team
Must be willing to travel but anticipated to not exceed 10% of time
