Manage client interactions and negotiate/control project scope to client and company's satisfaction. Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Work with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals. Aggressively support marketing efforts, including identification of new opportunities, proposal preparation, and follow-up
Project Management Excellence: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budget. Understand project schedules, project management plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are met. Formulate/develop detailed project reports. Understand project financials and be able to report regularly to management on financial status and overall project performance

Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies.
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Engineer or Project Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering OR PMP Certification and 8 years' applicable experience
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Remote will be considered for candidates that are senior and above
