Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and use blueprints on a daily basis.
Must be registered with the Alberta Apprentice Program.
Ability to use welding and fabrication tools such as torches, arc gouging equipment, drills, measuring tools, etc.
Experience in a heavy structural steel welding and fabrication environment is considered an asset.
Experience with SMAW/FCAW/MCAW/GMAW welding is essential, other welding experience is an asset.
