Strong communication, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Conference/event attendance.
Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and the infrastructure sector, and the engineering and construction stakeholders within it an asset.
Ability to adapt and learn as needed.
Post secondary diploma or degree in technical studies related to Civil Engineering.
Developed persuasion techniques with “hunting” mentality.
Proven leadership skills and abilities.
Strong understanding and developed relationships within general contractor, P3, and land development organizations an asset.
CRM data entry.
Proven knowledge of technical concepts in civil construction, surveying, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering.
3-5 years of engineering/construction industry sales experience.
