  • Ensure robust contract governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimisation
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a business management role, ideally within the electrical services, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Experience with ERP systems (specifically Microsoft D365 Field Service) and business process automation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Field Service
