New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects, following lean construction practices
Developing people and building strong field teams
Verify HVAC system performance and ensure proper balancing, documentation, and commissioning support
Communicate clearly with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and field crews to keep work aligned and on schedule
Plan, coordinate, and direct TAB field activities for assigned projects
Lead, mentor, and support TAB technicians to ensure productivity, quality, and safety

Highly accountable, dependable, and trusted to lead work independently
Experience leading crews, coordinating field work, or serving in a foreman or lead technician role (preferred, not required)
Proficiency with specialized tools such as airflow meters, digital multimeters, infrared cameras, leak detectors, and temperature-humidity meters
A strong communicator who collaborates effectively across trades and project teams
Hands-on experience performing TAB work on commercial HVAC systems
Ability to produce accurate, complete TAB reports aligned with design intent
Experienced TAB technicians strongly encouraged to apply, including those not yet certified
Union classification must be confirmed with the local hall prior to posting
One-year employment commitment applies for company-funded certifications
NEBB or TABB Certified Professional preferred; equivalent TAB experience accepted with commitment to certify
