Manage survey drafting projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D from start to finish.
Interpret field data and prepare topographic, ALTA, boundary, site development, and construction stakeout plans.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field crews to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Occasionally collect or review field data using GNSS or robotic total stations.
Mentor junior staff and enforce QA/QC processes.
Stay current with geospatial technologies, CAD standards, and best practices.
Create and manage COGO points, alignments, surfaces, and annotations.

Certifications such as CST Level II, SIT, or OSHA (Confined Space/Fall Protection) are preferred.
Apply knowledge of Philadelphia-specific drafting, surveying, and utility standards, including PWD requirements.

Familiarity with Philadelphia surveying and one-call standards preferred.
Strong ability to apply CAD standards and drafting best practices to produce precise and consistent plans.
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and eager to learn new tools.
3–7 years of survey drafting experience, including at least 3 years with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.
Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, or a related field preferred.
Experience with ArcGIS, Google Earth, or LiDAR/3D scanning tools preferred .
