The role will support a defence‑related major infrastructure and construction project in the UK valued at £100‑150 million. Mace will act as the client’s representative, monitoring, guiding and reporting on the principal contractor. Security Clearance (SC) is essential.

You will oversee the Design‑and‑Build contractor’s detailed schedule, ensure NEC4 compliance, incorporate DEO processes and keep all external interfaces updated. Regular schedule updates, compensation events and claims will be reviewed and approved. You will coordinate with project teams, the PMO and portfolio scheduling to maintain portfolio‑level schedules and manage multiple projects across locations.
The role requires a construction scheduler with Primavera P6 experience, NEC4 knowledge and the ability to obtain UK SC clearance after five years of uninterrupted UK work. Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent) and extensive defence‑sector planning experience are desirable. The position is based in Moorgate, three days a week, with flexible and hybrid working options and an inclusive hiring approach.
