  • Visit to customer end and understand the line technicality.
  • Support on Value engineering to identify the scope for cost reduction and new RM evaluation.
  • Development of shades according to LWR and deliver the requirements for Coil & Extrusion and formula update.
  • Performance evaluation of the product (Short term & Long term) and report generation.
  • Continuously in contact with Internal customers and submit necessary inputs to team as on require d on shade development.
  • Regularly support online run panel evaluation and learn on report generation and communication to respective salesperson.
  • Support on Product development as per internal customer requirements.
  • Support on identifying the cost optimization/ cost reduction project for existing as well as new formulation to maximize the profit.
  • Ensure contributes towards safe work environment by adhering to safe work practices in line with Corporate HSE, 5S, BBS directives & guidelines in order to build work culture driven by safety consciousness .

  • Understand the methodology of Benchmarking and product evaluation against competitor.
  • Eager to learn in-depth of technical knowledge of coating system.
  • Having min 3 years of experience in Paint and coating
  • Hands on experience in Paints and coatings for application skills, handling on testing equipment’s, formula update and understand RM functions.
  • Teamwork – Need to be good at teamwork & understanding the other’s perspectives while working in a lab.
  • Good skill on basic paint knowledge and application technique.
  • Science Graduate or B. E (Chemical engineering)
  • Good communication skill
