Senior Program Manager

Description

• Coordinate delivery across initiatives, managing risks and interdependencies.
• Lead the digital program, projects and analysis team.
• Drive measurable improvements to operations and customer experience.
• Partner with the CDIO, executives, and delivery partners for effective collaboration.
• Translate enterprise priorities into a clear, outcomes-focused roadmap.
• Embed assurance and benefits frameworks to drive accountability and value.
• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the digital transformation portfolio.
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritisation, and alignment with strategy.
• Build organisational capability and a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
• Lead the DTO as an integrated governance and delivery function.
• Integrate change management to support adoption and business readiness.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital delivery methods, program assurance, and change management.
• Demonstrated operational leadership of large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation programs and program delivery.
• 10+ years’ experience in senior program leadership, including digital or technology-enabled transformations.
• Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to balance vision and execution.
• Program/project management certification (e.g., MSP, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) desirable.
• Expertise in both program governance and hands-on delivery orchestration.
• Proven success engaging with executives and boards to shape and deliver enterprise outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong capability in benefits realisation, reporting, and performance management.
