- Conduct safety meetings for Independent Contractors and their employees
- Assist customer service in resolving pick-up and delivery issues
- Accompany sales professionals on customer visits
- Plan and organize the process of delivering inbound freight
- Manage relationships with independent contractors, including ensuring the company’s compliance with the applicable agreement
- Maintain compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist in hub sort processes if dedicated management is not available

- Operations training at the Safe Performance Center in Birmingham, Alabama
- Two (2) years operational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Data Entry
- Read, write, and communicate in a professional manner in English. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development, two-year degree in related discipline preferred.
- Must be able to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse
- Effective implementation of field operational processes
- Ability to effectively provide team members with instruction on process and practice
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- Apply knowledge of organization, communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
