= 8 years of relevant AEC industry experience, including internships
Municipal planning experience (comprehensive planning, ordinances, zoning)
Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects collaboratively
Strong project software, computer, communication, and organizational skills
Certifications or ability to obtain them (e.g. PMP or municipal planning credentials)
Bachelor’s in a relevant technical field
= 4 years of project management experience within the AEC industry
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining municipal client relationships
