Residential Construction Project Manager

Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in real time.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.
• Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
• Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring high standards of work.
• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and subcontractors.
• Clean driving record and the ability to travel to local job sites.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, budgets, and teams.
• Extensive knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and local Seattle building codes.
• Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.
