The Motor Transport Administrator will support the Motor Transport Department by providing essential administrative and front‑of‑house service, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, issuing and maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate information flow. Responsibilities include collating and entering critical data into core systems in a timely manner and programming and issuing Fuel and Electric Vehicle FOBs.
Success in the role requires strong IT skills focused on MS Excel, TRANMAN and MAXIMO, proactive and adaptable behaviour in a high‑tempo environment, excellent organisational and administrative abilities, the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, and a full UK driving licence. Previous motor‑trade experience is advantageous.
