Help ensure safe lifting, rigging, and load-securement practices among coworkers.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries of finished products to customer sites.
Organized storage of products in the yard.
Communicate needs and progress to management.
Lead daily casting activities for precast products - including form setup, reinforcement placement, pouring, vibration, stripping, patching, and finishing.
Communicate with plant or batch operators to coordinate concrete needs.
Maintain accurate counts of finished precast inventory (tanks, shelters, barriers, blocks, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment, tools, and forms are in good working order.
Prioritize delivery order based on customer deadlines and job site readiness.
Communicate with truck drivers to confirm delivery times, locations, and loading requirements.
Operate forklifts, loaders, and other handling equipment safely.
Provide guidance, training, and direction during daily operations.
Serve as the working lead for 1-2 crew members involved in precast casting and yard work.
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and yard procedures.
Track and confirm completed deliveries.
Prepare load tickets, verify load weights, and ensure proper securement and safety of all outbound loads.
Work alongside 1-2 other team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Perform pre-shift inspections and minor maintenance or cleaning as needed.
Coordinate tasks, assign duties, and lead by example in quality and safety.

Experience in concrete or precast operations preferred.
Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and working outdoors year-round.
Forklift / loader / experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
Outdoor yard environment, exposure to weather and heavy equipment.
Working knowledge of form setup, reinforcement placement, pouring, curing, stripping, and finishing.
