Work in environments involving dust, heat, noise, and tight spaces.
Complete work orders, service tickets, and electronic documentation using mobile applications or standard forms.
Test and evaluate system components to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, inspecting coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating fans and motors.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and environmental regulations.
Perform system upgrades or complete installations when necessary, following manufacturer specifications and code requirements.
Conduct seasonal system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Respond promptly to residential and light commercial service requests.
Climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics, and handle outdoor conditions year-round.
Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, motors, and valves.
Coordinate with dispatchers and other technicians to optimize service routes and minimize downtime.
