Estimator

Working closely with our internal sales and customer service teams, you’ll provide estimating expertise so that our customers can build and create great structures. Focusing on the residential roofing and walling segment, our team converts roofing estimates to quotes, as a value-add activity to provide a superior customer experience.

• monitoring customer trends and seek ways to improve the customer’s experience
• developing estimates and quotes in line with business pricing policy
• receiving building plans and engineering drawings from customers
• adopting a continuous improvement approach to processes and systems and actively suggest improved ways or working
• providing guidance on the design concept and complete take-off’s
• create and deliver innovative solutions that drive transformation in our business

• excellent skills in Microsoft Office
• high level of attention to detail
• experience in estimating in CAD or similar software or a willingness to learn (i.e. roof wizard and 3D modeling applications)
• strong process management and organizational skills
