In this position you will lead and coordinate mechanics, technicians, and other staff, schedule and monitor maintenance tasks, and address equipment reliability issues. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct inspections and audits, manage spare‑parts inventory, and maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems. The supervisor will play a critical role in managing maintenance teams, implementing reliability improvement strategies, and optimizing processes to keep facilities operating efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, and brings more than ten years of industrial reliability and maintenance experience with at least five years in a supervisory, budgetary role. Strong technical knowledge, leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in maintenance management software and willingness to travel and be on call. - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proficient in maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
- Communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
