The Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects while helping expand the company’s regional presence. This position combines leadership, operations, and business development responsibilities in a true seller/doer model.
You’ll collaborate with executive leadership and project teams to maintain operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and strengthen market position in multifamily, senior living, and student housing sectors.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards across all active projects.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution.
- Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff to promote growth, accountability, and performance.
- Engage in client development and preconstruction efforts alongside internal teams.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners to identify future project opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives through market engagement and proposal efforts.
- Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules.

- Proven experience leading multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion (required).
